Service & Billing Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service and receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Dispatch and diagnostic fees are non-refundable and apply regardless of whether a repair is performed.

Charges reflect services actually performed during this visit. Any estimates provided before service are not guaranteed final prices. Additional repairs, materials, or time required beyond the original scope are billed separately.

Warranty coverage applies only where specifically noted and in accordance with the terms of the applicable Dandelion workmanship or manufacturer warranty. Diagnostic time, routine maintenance, and repairs related to third-party equipment, ductwork, electrical systems, site conditions, or customer-supplied equipment are not covered unless expressly stated.

Customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all equipment. Delays or additional labor caused by site conditions or restricted access may result in additional charges.

Dandelion Energy, Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any billing questions or disputes must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of non-warranty service until the account balance is paid in full.
