Dandelion has partnered with a builder that has created over 50 neighborhoods that are home to more than 10,000 residents across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Dandelion will be providing geothermal heating and cooling to this builder for 51 of the homes in an upcoming development, including 17 stand-alone single family homes and 35 townhomes. The project is scheduled to break ground in 2025, with homes completed through 2026.
