About our text messages

Dandelion Energy, Inc. (“Dandelion Energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends SMS and MMS text messages to customers who have provided their mobile phone number to us in connection with a geothermal heating and cooling installation, service, or maintenance appointment.

Our text messages are conversational and service-related only. We use text messaging to communicate directly with you about your account and your scheduled work, including:

  • Confirming, scheduling, or rescheduling installation, service, and maintenance appointments
  • Notifying you of technician arrival windows, delays, or changes to a scheduled visit
  • Following up on an open service request or support case
  • Answering questions you have sent to us by text
  • Sharing information needed to complete work at your home, such as site access details

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages. We do not send automated text campaigns, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Dandelion Energy, for example, when you request a quote, schedule an appointment, or contact our support team, you agree that we may contact you by text message at that number regarding your service.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Dandelion Energy. You may ask us to contact you by phone or email instead at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Because our messages are conversational and tied to your specific appointments and service requests, you will typically receive messages only when we are actively coordinating work with you. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Text messages are sent through your mobile carrier, and your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply based on your mobile plan. Dandelion Energy is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out: STOP

You can opt out of receiving text messages from Dandelion Energy at any time.

Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message letting you know you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any further text messages from that number.

You may also opt out by calling us at (914) 293-4739 or emailing support@dandelionenergy.com.

Please note that opting out of text messages may affect our ability to reach you quickly about appointment changes. We will continue to contact you by phone or email as needed to coordinate your service.

If you opt out and later wish to resume text messages, reply START to the same number or contact our support team.

How to get help: HELP

Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us for support information.
