Preventative Maintenance Visits

  • 1st Heat Pump: $600
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $300

Service Visits

  • Business Hours* Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $350
  • Business Hours Labor (hr 2+): $175/hr
  • After Hours Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $600
  • After Hours Labor: $275/hr

*Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 4pm ET

Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan

  • 1st Heat Pump: $500/yr
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $300/yr

Tier 1 Service Plan

  • 1st Heat Pump: $800/yr
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $400/yr
  • Business Hours Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $125
  • After Hours Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $450
  • Labor & Repairs Discount: 15% off standard labor rates (where standard labor rates are: $175/hr business hours, $275/hr after hours)

Tier 2 Service Plan

  • 1st Heat Pump: $1,150/yr
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $575/yr
  • Business Hours Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): FREE
  • After Hours Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $350
  • Labor & Repairs Discount: 25% off standard labor rates (where standard labor rates are: $175/hr business hours, $275/hr after hours)

Out of Service Territory (OST) Rates

Zone 2 (Drive Time 1–2 Hours)

  • Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $650
  • Each Additional Hour: $175

Zone 3 (Drive Time 2–3 Hours)

  • Trip Fee (incl. 1st hr): $875
  • Each Additional Hour: $175

Out of Service Territory (OST) Preventative Maintenance Rates

Zone 2 (Drive Time 1–2 Hours)

  • First Heat Pump: $860
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $300

Zone 3 (Drive Time 2–3 Hours)

  • First Heat Pump: $1,110
  • Each Additional Heat Pump: $300

 


Preventative Maintenance

Included in a preventative maintenance visit:

  • Deep coil cleaning, as needed. This keeps your system running at peak efficiency by removing debris and dust from your coils.
  • Filter change (filter cost not included).
  • Verify the condensate drain line is operational.
  • Install 2 pan tablets.
  • Re-torque all electrical connections.
  • Verify thermostat settings.
  • Verify stage 1 and 2 operation in heating, cooling and auxiliary mode (if applicable).
  • Check ground loop pressure, temperatures and flow rates.
  • Verify glycol concentration is within specification.
  • Verify capacitor readings are within specification.
