SERVICE LABOR ALLOWANCE SCHEDULE
Dandelion Energy Residential, Geothermal Heat Pumps
Effective: January 01, 2024
This schedule lists service labor allowance rates Dandelion Energy will issue upon component part failure within warranted coverage purchased for geothermal heat pump system.
- Service labor rates below are applicable to residential installation of geothermal heat pumps ordered from Dandelion Energy on or after January 1, 2024. Shipment of orders must take place within 60 days of the order date. See the “Standard Limited Warranty” certificate of the Dandelion GEO for specific coverage & limitations.
- All service labor allowances are flat rate, inclusive of travel time, diagnosis, refrigerant recovery, new refrigerant (when necessary), and repair time. Labor claims will not be reimbursed beyond the rates below.
- When multiple components are replaced on the same warranty claim, only the service labor allowance for the most significant component will be issued. Coverage for the additional components will be parts only.
- Warranty claims must be filed within 60 days of the component’s failure. See the warranty claim form for details.
