The Landing at Escopus Icehouse is a collection of residential townhomes located in the town of Saugerties, New York. Situated on the Hudson River, these units offer residents riverfront views and access to a walking trail along the water.
Dandelion designed and installed geothermal ground loops and heat pumps in 11 new townhomes in the Landing at Esopus Icehouse. This project was drilled in November 2023 and will be completed at the end of 2024. Installing geothermal allowed the builder to avoid equipment pads, line set runs and brazing and it was significantly less expensive than installing air source heat pumps would have been, both for the builder and for the customer.
